A More Secure and Scalable Way to Connect Third-Party Technologies

As firms connect more third-party applications, automations, and AI-powered services, Wolters Kluwer is introducing Designated Vendor Integrator Keys to provide a dedicated, secure way for those technologies to connect to CCH Axcess. Designated Vendor Integrator Keys provide dedicated integration credentials for third-party technologies, improving visibility, governance, security, and control while preserving the flexibility to use the technologies your firm chooses.

How Firms Use Designated Vendor Integrator Keys

Firms subscribe to Designated Vendor Integrator Keys for third-party technologies they choose to connect with CCH Axcess that are not already covered by an existing CCH Marketplace integration. The key change is that these third-party applications use dedicated integration credentials rather than credentials assigned to the firm for its own API use.

What's Next:

First, firms should review their API usage in CCH Axcess and identify which integrations fall into each category:

  • Firm-developed automation
  • CCH Marketplace integration
  • Other third-party technology

Second, work with your Wolters Kluwer representative to determine whether any current integrations require a transition.
