About CCH Axcess™ Engagement
As an integrated part of CCH Axcess™, CCH Axcess Engagement is the same award-winning, #1 engagement solution you currently use – although truly in the cloud. This Beta Program is for existing CCH® ProSystem fx® Engagement customers interested in preparing financial statements in the cloud, and specifically for preparation, compilation and/or review engagements to start.
What can you expect from us?
The CCH Axcess Engagement Beta Program begins December 1, 2020. Initial functionality includes trial balance, workpaper management, true-cloud access, search capability and integration to CCH Axcess™ Tax (including staff and clients). This Beta Program runs through November 2021, with more complex work added each quarter.
Participating in this program gives you the chance to give feedback early, as we want to ensure our customers love CCH Axcess Engagement as much as they currently love its ProSystem fx counterpart. There is no cost to you, just your time. In return, you get to directly influence the solution to benefit your firm.
What is our expectation of you?
As a CCH Axcess™ Engagement Beta Program member, you are committing to provide feedback to our Product Management team. However, you can expect minimal interruptions from us! From you, we expect you to:
- Attend a short beta introduction session to review the solution and how to get started
- Utilize the solution on real work
- Additionally, plan feedback sessions with the Product Management Team each month, with each session lasting only 30-minutes
- Complete a very short survey at each quarter

- A Wolters Kluwer representative will then contact you to discuss specifics, and send you a required Beta agreement for your signature
