Getting Started with Refund Transfers and Other Bank Products

All enrollment data will be collected via the support site saving you time during the bank set up process. To make the process easier, you will only have to visit your preferred bank’s website to complete your compliance testing. Take full advantage of all of your preferred bank's offerings such as pre-season loans, approval on offering pre-acknowledgment loans and timely delivery of your supplies.

Get started with these 5 steps:

  1. Log in to the relevant site below and click on Refund Settlement Solutions under Account Services:
  1. Complete the Enrollment Agreement
  2. Complete Office Info
  3. Select your Providers and Complete Provider Info
  4. Send Applications

Once the bank approves your application, your status will be updated on the Support Site.
