Log Into the Virtual Conference

The #CCHFT20 Virtual Conference platform officially opens on Friday, October 23!

When the platform opens, you will receive an email with a link and instructions to log in and start building your agenda, create your profile, and explore the virtual space.

Once you log in, you'll be taken to the lobby, where you can find the #CCHFT20 Welcome Video. This video will provide an introduction to the conference and a quick tutorial for navigating the conference.

Step 2

Create Your Profile & Plan Your Week

Make yourself stand out! A "My Profile" link will be included in the top navigation bar, where you can update your profile picture and personal information.

Bonus! Creating your profile will earn you your first badge in the Badge Game and get you one step closer to winning great prizes.

We have a very busy week ahead of us, so planning your week by building your agenda and prioritizing your time is an important step. Read on to find out how to build your agenda, and remember, you must plan to attend sessions from start to finish, as scheduled, in order to earn CPE credit.

Step 3

Build Your Personalized Agenda

Registering for your sessions is as easy as point and click. Find the Agenda tab in the top navigation bar, and all you'll need to do to build your agenda is flag the sessions you would like to attend. There is no limit on session capacity in most sessions, so there's no need to worry about missing out on any content or rushing to be the first to register.

Pre-Registering for Discussion Forums

Discussion forums are small group sessions for moderated discussions. To attend a Discussion Forum, please add them to your personalized agenda by end of day Monday, October 26! Pre-registered attendees will receive priority seating in these sessions, and attendees who do not pre-register may risk losing a seat.
