Wolters Kluwer is proud to introduce the new taxna.wolterskluwer.com. This online experience provides for a single location for all your tax and accounting needs. For those that are seeing the site for the first time the following are a few FAQ's to help navigate the new site, and locate some of the resources you need to keep the business running.

Q. Why the change to a new website?
A. While Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting North America serves many professionals across many separate divisions, our mission is the same for all of our clients--to equip them with the tools and solutions that they need to make a positive impact on the customers they serve. Providing a unified website where all our professionals can access solutions and quickly find the answers they need, makes for a more satisfying experience for visitor, client, and representative alike.
Q. What are the most notable changes I need to be aware of?
A. All Wolters Kluwer North America solutions (Canada forthcoming in late 2018) will now be conveniently hosted on our new website. There will no longer be individual websites for our CCH Group solutions or Small Firm solutions; rather, all solutions will reside on our new website, making it easier to find what you are looking for. CCH® Publications are moving to CCHCPElink.com
Q. What if I need support?
A. The support sites will remain unchanged by this update, so the links or bookmarks you currently use will still get you where you need to be for support.
- For assistance with CCH Products, including Research and Learning Products, use the CCH Product Support button below to be redirected to the CCH Product Support site.
- ATX™ and TaxWise® customers, please click the appropriate link to be redirected to the correct product support site. This also includes support for Research and Learning Products integrated with your software.
Q. Where can I go to manage my product/account/profile information?
A. While on any page of the new website, in the upper right hand corner, click the “Product Login” link, and you’ll be taken to the log in and support information page. If you’ve bookmarked the log in page, no update is necessary, as product login links have not changed.
Q. Will I still be able to access my favorite literature, articles, and blogs?
A. Yes. In fact, our new website should make finding the educational and product resources you want, much easier. Relevant content will be current, accessible, and properly located on our new website. For direct instant access, visit our blog at news.cchgroup.com.
Q. What if I want to simply call a live representative?
A. That’s easy. While we’ve created our new website for your convenience, we also understand that sometimes it’s best to speak with a representative. We welcome hearing from you! Find My Account Representative
Q: Why are CCH Publications moving to CCHCPELink.com?
A: To provide our customers with an enhanced and more functional shopping and buying experience. You'll now be able to purchase CCH® Publications and CPE all from the same website!
Q: When will the CCH Publications change take place?
A: Within the next couple of weeks, CCH Publications will no longer be available for purchase on CCHGroup.com. At that time, you'll need to visit CCHCPELink.com to order any of our must-have titles, including the U.S. Master Tax Guide® and our all-new Tax Cuts and Jobs Act publications. We'll keep you informed as soon as this happens.
Q: Will my CCH Publications username and password change?
A: Your username will stay the same — your email address, but you will be required to reset your password. If you already have an account at CCHCPELink.com with the same e-mail address, you won't need to reset your password. Your passwords for support sites, product logins and online software renewals will not change.
Q: How will I access my CCH® eBook(s)?
A: CCH eBooks purchased on CCHGroup.com will still be available on the CCH eBooks app. Just log in with your current eBooks app username and password.
